Who we are

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, contact details, the property postcode and information about the work. We use them only to reply to you, prepare a quotation and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. Enquiries are delivered to us by Formspree (formspree.io), which processes them on our behalf. Where needed for your project, we may share relevant details with tradespeople or consultants working on it.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry doesn’t go ahead, we delete your details within 12 months of your last contact with us.

If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we need them to carry out the work and honour its guarantee, and for six years after that for our tax and accounting records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by contacting us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver them. The site also saves one small note in your browser so its opening animation plays only on your first visit. It holds no personal information, and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
